Build a digital product in 30 days or less Part 1 + 2:

1. Start making content for a specific audience on the internet

2. Post about problems and topics that are burning time out of your day or causing you pain

3. See which problem resonates the most with that audience

4. Consistently post for days, weeks months to build up trust w/ audience

5. By posting content regularly you’ll build up a following and authority

6. This is your community (you just built a community)

7. Build a funnel to de-platform that community by asking for their email address for a newsletter or driving them to a discord server.

8. Nurture community by consistently adding value through sending a newsletter or posting valuable resources

9. Poll community on the problem you’re trying to solve (you can even setup calls with most active community members)

10. Take feedback from poll and build a simple Gumroad preorder product page (simple but very time consuming)

11. Launch and post gumroad page and Ask your community if they’d be interested in pre-ordering to gauge demand.

12. If you get 10 - 50 pre-orders at $29 you have soft-validated your product or service (50+ preorders you have a hit)

13. Build that product or start your service ASAP and start servicing your customers.

14. Keep posting about your product or service on twitter the entire time (DO NOT GET COMPLACENT).

15. Service your pre-orders and get feedback.

16. Setup calls w/ clients and gather feedback.

17. Ask for reviews (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

18. Use reviews as social proof to prove success and build trust w/ new potential customers

19. Iterate your product from feedback

20. Keep refining your tweets and messaging to convert more customers

21. Keep driving followers to funnel

22. Automate time consuming tasks with marketing systems and email drip

23. Only Work 10-30 hours a week but be as productive as if you have a team of 20 people because your systems and automations are that good

24. 10x any salary you would have had in your life only working 20 hours a week

25. Invest in relationships, real estate, the stock market and more systems

26. Never do work you hate ever again
